- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging).
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or customized items (e.g., printed or embroidered garments).
- Undergarments for hygiene reasons.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
2. Return Process
